Disabling an Order

  1. Choose Sales
  2. Select Customers
  3. Click in the Search field and enter an email address
  4. Press the Search icon
  5. Click Show
  6. In the Orders, Unlocks, or API Sales section, locate the desired order and click Details
  7. Click Disable.

NOTE: Disabling an order will prevent further access via the Web Player. It will also prevent acquiring a new license in the player apps, however if the customer has already acquired a license and downloaded in the player apps, you will need to ask them to choose Settings>Deauthorize to remove access on any device that has an active download. You can see device authorization status further down on the same page under Player Devices and Licenses.
